One Man is a devised show on gendered structural oppression, micro aggression and the role of media in politics. This show was written by the actors, based on interviews with community members and news clips. We asked, “what forms of oppression can be universal and which are more culturally specific? How do you open up a conversation on the relationship of an oppressive society to our entire community?”
