Somatic Stress Ease

Get Ready to relax and get in tune with your body! 

 In this somatic focused class, we will work to ease tension and stress in your face, neck, shoulders, upper back and abdomen. We will also discuss proper breathing techniques for stress reduction. We will work through exercises in various modalities including: breath work, experiential anatomy. Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais and yoga. This class is tailored to your needs. It will last 6 weeks although there are options to extend.

$300 for six 50 minute lessons
